B) You'll receive an Admission Letter within 1-3 business days, confirming your acceptance into the program.
Step 2: Secure Your Official Invitation
We'll issue an official Invitation for Study Visa and send it to you via email in PDF format. Processing time typically takes 40-50 days.
Step 3: Obtain Your Student Visa
With your official invitation, head to the nearest Russian Embassy or consulate to apply for a student visa. Remember to legalize your educational documents at the embassy. You'll also need to pay the visa fee at this time.
Step 4: Plan Your Arrival
Once you have your flight details confirmed, send us a copy of your ticket 5 days before your arrival. We recommend traveling by train from Moscow's Yaroslavskiy Train Terminal to Kirov, or by flight for a faster option.
Step 5: Arrival and Initial Payments

Step 6: University Registration and Finalization
Our local EEUA representative will assist you with registering at the university and checking you into your designated student dormitory.
They'll also be available to support you throughout your entire academic journey at KSMU.
